One Mission Bay amenities information had been scarce in 2015, however with sales beginning in mid-February, information on the new luxury condo project’s world-class amenity suite has now been released. One Mission Bay residents will enjoy access to a state of the art fitness center, a sauna, large outdoor heated pool with unique contemporary design. One Mission Bay, San Francisco’s first major new construction release of 2016, will launch sales in mid-February bringing 350 units to an eagerly awaiting market. The new 16 story building, located in Mission Bay directly across the channel from AT&T Park, will bring a mix of studios, one, two, and three bedrooms, with many units featuring additional den/flex space.

Renders of the project show off Mission Bay’s impressive panoramic bay views, sleek modern architecture, and outdoor entertaining areas including a generously sized pool. Rockwell Status Update: Rockwell in Lower Pacific Heights is currently 70% sold across both of its 13-story towers. Today I was lucky enough to walk the building site of V20, the new development under construction at the north end of the Mission at Valencia and 20th street. Along with my colleague Eugene Pak and developer Tim Brown, we previewed 3 staged units, representative of the total 18 units being offered. Readers of my blog will know, I’ve walked hundreds of new construction developments and a lot of high end condos in my career, but rarely have I seen an offering that measures up to this.

The level of refinement and attention to detail paid to the finishes in each unit was in a word: artful. Maybe it was the surrounding natural light from the panoramic windows, or the well thought out space in every room, but walking into these homes, I knew they were something special. Every room seemed optimized for furniture placement and ease of movement. Bedrooms all had full sized or walk in closets and all units have outdoor deck or patio space!

In terms of features, all the units will have Miele appliances, studio becker cabinets, marble counter tops and back splash. Bathrooms will feature luxurious bathroom porcelain tile, floating vanity, studio becker cabinets and Gerber toilets and fixtures.

The unit breakdown includes plans for 4 two bedroom floor plans, 6 three bedroom floor plans, and 5 town-homes on the penthouse level. These penthouse units have patios and private roof decks and have views from every direction. The view is spectacular. The southwest and northwest units have beautiful views of Twin Peaks to Ashbury Heights and the Mission, Mission/Dolores, and Eureka Valley.

The units will open to the public in 3 weeks, and 5 of 18 units are already in contract. They anticipate that they will begin closing escrow in mid to late March, so for eager buyers on the hunt, now is the time to act.
