325 Fremont is an exciting new 25-story, 118 unit luxury high rise currently under construction at the south end of Rincon Hill, and is the second project of its type currently being developed by Crescent Heights (their other project being the 320 unit development at 45 Lansing). Located at the epicenter of the Transbay Terminal redevelopment project, 325 Fremont is well situated to become a future landmark residential building in the growing neighborhood. The removal of height restrictions on new buildings in the Transbay Terminal District will transform the surrounding area into a new commercial center with over a dozen new skyscrapers under construction. Although not much is known about the building beyond its unit breakdown and its sleek exterior courtesy of Handel Architects, its location alone makes 325 Fremont a sound investment.
325 Fremont will offer 23 studio units, 47 one bedroom units, and 48 two bedroom units.
Floor to ceiling windows, private balconies, and an outdoor rooftop viewing terrace will guarantee dramatic views of the financial district, East Bay, and Bay Bridge from most units. Approximately 4,686 square feet of common open space will be available to residents as well with ground floor street improvements along Zeno Place.
325 Fremont will accommodate two levels of below grade car stacker parking for up to 41 cars. Parking spots for 105 bicycles are also available.
Pricing has not been announced yet for 325 Fremont.
