Currently the site of the Dugoni School of Dentistry building in Pacific Heights, Trumark Urban are planning to redevelop 2155 Webster into a luxury condominium development called The Pacific, that will better fit the changing face of the surrounding neighborhood. Not only a residential project, the work that will go into the building and surrounding lot should improve traffic and parking in the area.

The 222,000 square foot office building is currently under reconstruction, with plans calling for 66 condominiums in the existing building, 10 three bedroom townhouses on the site of the current parking lot, and the conversion of the mechanical level into 4 penthouse units.

Unit Breakdown

The Pacific will offer 10 one bedrooms, and 23 two bedrooms, 27 three bedrooms, 2 four bedrooms, 4 penthouse units, and 10 three bedroom townhouses. 30 will be market rate and four will be offered at below-market rate.


Handel Architects, who have provided designs for several ongoing residential projects including 706 Mission, 450 Hayes, and 325 Fremont, went with a champagne color stainless steel exterior for the building’s new look. The townhouse units on the western side of the lot will all have three floors as well as private gardens. Many units will feature higher than average ceilings, around 12 to 14 feet.


Amenities for The Pacific will include an elegant lobby, private lounge for residents, concierge, guest suite, business center, and fitness center. Plentiful outdoor green spaces, terraces, and a yoga garden will also be available to residents. The Pacific will accommodate parking for up to 95 cars and storage for 42 bicycles.
