One Mission Bay, San Francisco’s first major new construction release of 2016, will launch sales in mid-February bringing 350 units to an eagerly awaiting market. The new 16 story building, located in Mission Bay directly across the channel from AT&T Park, will bring a mix of studios, one, two, and three bedrooms, with many units featuring additional den/flex space.

Luxe, the newest development from developer Belrich Partners, LLC and marketing firm Pillar Capital, is an upcoming seven-story, 34 unit confominium building between Van Ness Avenue and Franklin Street in Pacific Heights. New construction luxury buildings are rare in the Pacific Heights neighborhood, so buzz about this project has been building since construction began in 2014. Rockwell is a unique project currently under construction in Pacific Heights that plans to bring 261 units to market in late 2015. The development is unique in that it will merge six existing lots, demolish the interiors of the buildings, but leave the historic facades mostly intact. Sprouting up from the interior will be two 13 story towers containing 5,500 square feet of ground floor retail, underground parking, and luxury condos.

Currently the site of the Dugoni School of Dentistry building in Pacific Heights, Trumark Urban are planning to redevelop 2155 Webster into a luxury condominium development called The Pacific, that will better fit the changing face of the surrounding neighborhood. Not only a residential project, the work that will go into the building and surrounding lot should improve traffic and parking in the area.
The 222,000 square foot office building is currently under reconstruction, with plans calling for 66 condominiums in the existing building, 10 three bedroom townhouses on the site of the current parking lot, and the conversion of the mechanical level into 4 penthouse units. Read More »
Hayes Valley has been waiting for the next batch of new construction homes, and 555 Fulton is set to meet that need with 139 units along with 29,200 square feet of retail space sometime in the next year. The retail area has been set aside for a chain grocery store, which has been sorely needed in the popular neighborhood.
