One Mission Bay, San Francisco’s first major new construction release of 2016, will launch sales in mid-February bringing 350 units to an eagerly awaiting market. Rockwell is a unique project currently under construction in Pacific Heights that plans to bring 261 units to market in late 2015. The development is unique in that it will merge six existing lots, demolish the interiors of the buildings, but leave the historic facades mostly intact. Sprouting up from the interior will be two 13 story towers containing 5,500 square feet of ground floor retail, underground parking, and luxury condos.
