One Mission Bay, San Francisco’s first major new construction release of 2016, will launch sales in mid-February bringing 350 units to an eagerly awaiting market. The new 16 story building, located in Mission Bay directly across the channel from AT&T Park, will bring a mix of studios, one, two, and three bedrooms, with many units featuring additional den/flex space.
Renders of the project show off Mission Bay’s impressive panoramic bay views, sleek modern architecture, and outdoor entertaining areas including a generously sized pool. One Mission Bay will be in close proximity to mass transit options, favorite local restaurants, Mission Bay’s many retail options, as well as greenbelts and parks.
The final unit breakdown for One Mission Bay favors two bedrooms, although there is a fair mix of one bedrooms and studios, as well as several ~2000 sq. ft. three bedroom homes. Pricing has not yet been released. Contact us for more details.
